The Zarvix AI Platform is operated by Zarvix AI Private Limited (CIN: U62011PN2025PTC248729; GSTIN: 27AACCZ8146M1ZN), a company incorporated in India. References to "Zarvix AI", "we", "us", or "our" mean Zarvix AI Private Limited. References to "you" or "User" mean the individual using the Platform.

Today, Zarvix is an end-to-end algo platform for Indian markets (NSE / BSE). You can:

• Build — describe trading ideas in plain English, Hindi, Hinglish, or Tamil; the AI turns them into structured strategy definitions.
• Research — query any indicator on any symbol across years of historical NSE / BSE data without committing to a strategy.
• Backtest — run strategies through historical data with a Rust-powered engine that returns results in under a second per strategy.
• Refine — iterate the strategy via AI chat, click-to-edit conditions, or the visual builder.
• Deploy live — connect your Symphony XTS broker account and have the Platform route orders to your broker. Every live order requires your explicit confirmation; the AI never places trades on its own. Live deployment is currently available to proprietary traders and trading desks (XTS is typically the broker for prop firms). Retail live deployment via mainstream retail brokers (Zerodha, Upstox, ICICI Direct, etc.) is coming soon, gated on our NSE algo-vendorship empanelment. Until then, retail users have full access to build, research, backtest, and refine.

Regardless of user tier, the Platform never holds customer funds, securities, or banking credentials, and is not a broker, an investment adviser (RIA), a portfolio manager (PMS), or a research analyst (RA). See the Trust page for the full scope statement.

You must be at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law, and not barred by any regulatory authority from accessing capital-market services.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share them.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• You will notify us immediately at support@zarvixai.com of any unauthorised access.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts to circumvent limits or pricing are not permitted.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation (spoofing, layering, quote-stuffing, wash trading), insider trading, or fraud. Strategies that pattern-match to manipulation will be blocked at the risk-gate layer before reaching the exchange.
• Connect any broker account that you do not legally own. One person, one broker account, one Zarvix account.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's security or infrastructure.
• Upload malware, run automated bots beyond rate limits, or impersonate any other person or entity.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform output without a written agreement with us.
• Use the Platform to provide investment advice to third parties unless you are independently licensed under applicable law to do so.

The Platform uses AI models to generate strategy code, summaries, and explanations from your prompts. AI output:

• May contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of your intent.
• Does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• Should be reviewed and validated by you before any real-money trading decision.
• Is not guaranteed to be unique — similar prompts may generate similar strategies for other users.

Backtest results presented on the Platform are simulated using historical market data. They are not records of actual trades. Hypothetical performance is subject to numerous limitations including, but not limited to:

• Survivorship bias and look-ahead bias in historical data;
• Inability to model real-world slippage, latency, partial fills, and broker errors;
• Absence of emotional and behavioural factors that affect real trading;
• Differences between historical and future market regimes.

Subscription fees are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. If you're already on a paid plan, the price won't change mid-cycle. All fees are exclusive of GST, which is applied at the prevailing rate. Payment is processed by HDFC SmartGateway / Juspay — we don't store card details.

Pro-rated refunds — within 10 days of purchase

If you cancel within 10 days of your subscription purchase, we issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. The refund is calculated as:

• The fraction of the billing cycle remaining in days, multiplied by your subscription fee;
• Minus the value of AI tokens you've consumed during the current cycle, at the per-token rate of your plan;
• Minus the value of backtest / compute time consumed during the current cycle, at the per-unit rate of your plan.

The exact refund amount is shown to you at the time of cancellation — you'll see the breakdown (days remaining, tokens used, compute used) before you confirm. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

After 10 days from purchase, refunds are not available. You can still cancel any time — the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.

Accidental purchase

If you subscribed by mistake — wrong plan, double charge, or unintended purchase — write to support@zarvixai.com within 48 hours of the charge. We'll issue a full refund without deductions, processed within 7–10 working days.

Failed transactions and service issues

Refunds for failed transactions, double charges, or extended service unavailability are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method on request.

• The Platform, including its code, design, AI models, and brand assets, is the property of Zarvix AI Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
• Strategies you create using the Platform — including the prompts you write and the structured strategy definitions generated for you — are yours to keep, export, and use on your own broker accounts.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your strategies and prompts solely for the purpose of operating the Platform for you.
• Aggregated and anonymised usage patterns may be used to improve our AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (cloud, broker APIs, payment gateways), or force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from such outages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• All warranties, conditions, and representations — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — are disclaimed.
• Zarvix AI shall not be liable for any loss of profit, trading loss, business interruption, opportunity cost, data loss, reputational harm, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
• Where applicable law nonetheless imposes a liability that cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Platform is capped at ₹100 (one hundred Indian rupees) or the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event, whichever is lower.
• You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for any trading or investment decision you make using strategies built on the Platform, and that you assume all risk associated with such decisions.

You may terminate your account at any time by writing to support@zarvixai.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or use the Platform for unlawful activity. Upon termination, your data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and the Platform at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
